Working on a Holiday Construction is underway on a new Holiday Stationstore off of Interstate 94 and Manning Avenue in West Lakeland Township. Officials within West Lakeland Township deemed the intersection “reasonable use of the property.” The gas station is scheduled to be open 24-hours a day, making it convenient for drivers and adding a measure of safety to travelers. The new station is the only one within four miles along I-94. Dan Kyllo, chairman of the West Lakeland Township board said residents in the rural area are looking forward to the Stationstore opening later this year.
